Returns Period
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Opened bedding and bath items
  • Used kitchenware and utensils
  • Products without original packaging

Returns Process

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Exchanges
